活了六十多個年頭，秀英阿嬤（陳淑芳 飾）一直深信著「專心一意做好一件事」的人生哲學。自丈夫突然無聲無息地離家後，她便一個人盡心盡力的工作、持家，將兒女們拉拔長大。相信著只要好好守護這個家，總有一天，拋家棄子的丈夫終將歸來。
沒想到在孫女小橙（王真琳 飾）來訪期間，秀英卻接到了告知丈夫已逝的通知，還迎來了另一個陪著丈夫度過了晚年的女人（方文琳 飾）。對照丈夫晚年戀人端莊優雅的舉止氣質，秀英低頭看著自己因長年做生意養家而留下水泡痕和粗繭的雙手，一瞬之間，自己一輩子深信不疑的努力精神似乎成了玩笑。不諒解、不甘心等諸多情緒讓緊繃的氣氛一觸即發。
究竟，接連幾天舉行的喪禮，秀英要怎麼與那個女人共處？而她又該如何檢視自己的一生，才能彌平心中的遺憾，與離開自己的丈夫、也與放不下的自己道別……
It’s about a karaoke-addicted old woman struggling with her self-worth and a sense of betrayal at her long-lost husband’s funeral where she encounters his younger and more sophisticated girlfriend while she finds out her kids might have been secretly in touch with her late husband all these years.
