晉明的母親患有躁鬱症，在家中像是不定時炸彈，隨著病情加重，妻子為了孩子著想，希望晉明能將母親送往安養機構，但父親卻反對這項提議，晉明一心想報答養育之恩，卻無法掩蓋母親對家中成員產生威脅的事實，面對兩邊都是自己最愛的家人，他該如何作出選擇？

Jing Ming has a mother A-Li suffering from bipolar disorder. As A-Li’s condition worsens by the day, Jing Ming’s wife Qiu-Hua suggests that he sends his mother to a retirement home in consideration of their son, Hsuan Yu. On the other hand, Ying Yi who is the father of Jing Ming, warns him to refrain from doing so.How will he choose between these beloved family members?
