過年圍爐，一家人遲遲未開動。阿嬤望著對座的空椅子，沒有人敢拿起筷子。飯桌一片寂靜，火鍋愈翻愈滾，肚子愈來愈餓……大伯終於忍不住，要打破僵局，說起了關於盤羊的故事。
During Lunar New Year, a family gathers to eat; but nobody is eating. Grandma looks towards the empty chair, nobody dares to start the meal. The room stays silent as the hot pot bubbles. Everyone gets hungrier and hungrier. The Son has had enough, and breaks the silence. He tells the story of the Argali Goat.
